Psychology of Persuasion

Through planning a seminar, in Psychology of Persuasion, the main topics came down to: first impressions, effect on brand, establishing creditability, framing goals, connecting emotionally, and language within evidence. Being able to apply these aspects within the workplace have provided a better understanding to the importance of persuasion.
